- What do the following passages reveal about the Philistines, their culture, and their relationship with Israel? Exodus 23:31-33, Judges 1:17-19,27. Judges 2: 1-3, 1 Samuel 4:5-9, 1 Samuel 13:19-22, 1 Samuel 31:1-13, 1 Kings 22:51-53, 2 Kings 1:1-4
- What is a Nazirite? What are the requirements of a Nazirite? What are the five features of the Nazirite wow? Aka - Nazirite promise. Numbers 6:1-21
- What did Samson need from God, in order to accomplish all that God had called him to do? Judges 13:25
- How much of an impact did Samson have on the Philistines? Judges 14:1-20, Judges 15:1-19.
- What kind of impact did Samson have on the Israelites? Judges 15:20
- When Samson lived a lifestyle that was completely devoted to God's values, he was effective. When he compromised that value system what happened? Judges 16:4,15-21
- What were the short-term and long-term consequences, when Samson compromised his calling? Judges 16:5, 16-21, Judges 16:23-30
- If you were to take seriously your commitment to obey God and place all aspects of your life under the dominion of his value system; What would people see in you that they may not see now? Ephesians 2:10, Romans 12:1-2
